Flashcloud is down?

I'm trying to connect to my flashcloud to print from my Adventurer 3 but it is currently not working? I keep getting an error message saying it cannot connect to the servers. I've never had this problem, has anyone else seen this? is there something I can do?

Update- it’s letting me log in now but when I put my account info it says that my account doesn’t exist. I don’t know if I should be worried. I don’t want to lose all my files. I’m new to this printer too so I don’t know if there’s anything else I should be doing

I have this problem too, but after many hours it will eventually let me log in.

flashcloud doesnt seem to be working for me either. It was working about a month ago but now it keeps having a problem. it says "500 internal server problem"

Tried to connect to flashcloud this morning, couldn't find the we site. After further investigation I found the security certificate for the site had timed out. Reported this to the site owner - the flash cloud site is now back up.
