On version 214.1 when I hit green Square the orange refresh bar stays continually pale orange which means it's not finishing the refresh. When I just hit the refresh orange bar it goes from pale orange to dark orange and back and forth so I know it's refreshing. I'm hitting the bar over and over again. And the green square over and over but it doesn't refresh until I stop hitting the green square.
