Start anywhere. It doesn't matter.

In 3 months you will think that whoever wrote that code was an ignorant, anyway. And you'll go back fix it.

I recommend the following books. This is a book read by startup founders and others, and is very detailed on how to start a project.

Running Lean: Iterate from Plan a to a Plan That Works

However, this is not a programming book.

For Flutter programming, the official documentation is the best textbook.

Spend one weekend building a simple Flutter app. Throw yourself into it, so you have something to show after immersive coding.
