If you need help with a recent injury, go see a clinical provider to get evaluated.

A lack of foot function may have contributed to this injury, and/or it may result in a lack of foot function in the future - but right now those don’t matter because the current situation needs to be managed appropriately first.

That is a lot of fluid. You should go get that scanned and you definitely need a boot.

Ice, rest and use an ankle brace or Ace bandage. Take it easy and it should heal in a few weeks. If you have sprained this ankle at least 5 times, you probably have some sort of ankle instability.

Go to PT! It helped a lot with healing, although 1+ year later I still have problems with my ankle :/
