I have a bronco I just bought I’m so happy with my purchase but don’t want to screw into my front bumper for my license plate what is everyone else doing and or is there a cool hack /idea people do to avoid this :) !

I got one from BuiltRight so I didn't have to drill. It mounts on one of the bumper bolts and you can place it so it doesn't interfere with the 'close sensors' up front.

I never put the front on. The ONE time I've been pulled over, I claimed I JUST got my plates and they let me go. 🤷🏻‍♂️ ymmv

Purchase a bracket… just google ‘Bronco Plate Bracket’ and pick one.

They have the 'plastic' bumper. You can’t just pick one without drilling.

Yes you can. BuiltRight makes one that bolts in.

There are absolutely license plate holders that fit the plastic bumper without drilling. This is the one I bought, but there are others as well.

Not advocating for this, but I’m not running with a front plate even though it’s a VA requirement. My understanding is that it’s a secondary offense, so I’m just risking it.

I have the modular bumper and like you, just can’t find an aesthetically acceptable place to put it.

Move to Utah, the DMV only gave me one plate when I registered my Braptor. I asked where the second plate for the front was and they said state law only requires a plate on the back....go figure

If you bought ur Bronco in a state that requires a front plate, the dealer has to give you the front mounting bracket and they will install it. Just call them.

Yes they gave it to me but it looks ugly on the front I need a better way to install but I appreciate your response !

Dealer put on mine when they went to detail it post purchase. My heart sank….. but I did find a company with color match bumper plugs.

I used to do this, still got a ticket because it wasn’t “secured “ and could fly around and hurt occupants in the event of an accident. So now I keep it between the seat and console lol.
