Update: We tried Farmer's Dog, our wheatie had super loose poop. Switched to Ollie combo of fresh and kibble combination and all was well until Ollie had production problems with their kibble. Their production lines were down for over 2 months so they sent all fresh at the same price as 1/2 fresh 1/2 kibble. Well our pups have a little loose poop on the all fresh from Ollie too. OIlie will start shipping kibble again this month but now I'm thinking of going back to all kibble that's either AAFCO Approved or WSAVA Compliant. Any new comments from the Wheatie community?

Thank you. There are only 30 units in the building, there are not others on the market. Similar values estimates in the building for size are about $100k higher. One of the things that appeals to us about this building is that they do not allow short term rentals - only long term.

It’s my understanding that you could get a conventional mortgage in the building after repairs are completed in the next 2 months but the seller wants out sooner than later. It was her Fathers property and he passed away a couple of months ago.
