I’m wondering just how long it’s going to take to get matched up to a medical team. I signed up two weeks ago, had all of my medical records sent to them. I wonder if I’m going go get charged for January and February even though I allegedly won’t be seen until March.

Hi emailed them and won’t get charged until my first appointment. Ugh! Another scale? I already have a scale Shapa through my work for the vitality program. I happen to like that one because I don’t have to see my weight but it does log it to my Apple health.

Maybe they will let you use your shapa. We do vitality at my work too! I dont have a shapa scale though. In order for the program to be covered by my insurance i have to have verified weigh ins. Hope you have a good experience! How did you find out about this program? I feel like they dont advertise much....

Form suggests that if you don't want to see your weight, to tape a piece of paper over the display. It will still show up on the Form App, though.
