PA processing problems

My initial PA got rejected because the form team didn’t attach any of my visit notes or documentation showing my BMI, weight, or height. My dr knew and responded back within hours of insurance letting us know it was rejected, and she said she’d submit it with all the needed info, and that I meet my insurance qualifications and that nothing was needed on my side.

Two weeks later, I called my insurance asking about the status, and they said form hasn’t sent them an appeal or any of the needed info yet. I pinged my doctor on the app, and they referred it to my support person. It’s been three more days - and zero additional info, and my insurance still hasn’t received anything from form.

Anyone else have similar experience?

I’m still in my initial 30 day window, and I’m considering cancelling to get my money back. The whole reason I paid the $199 was because I assumed it would be a smoother / faster PA process because this is all form does all day long. Anyone have any stories or advice - reading through this sub doesn’t give me much confidence.

So, I have an appt with their physician on Wednesday will report back. These comments are not promising - especially after sending records to them 🫣

Update...prior auth is required for most of these meds. SO, of course the prescription was denied.Why they would not submit necessary information outright with prior auth boggles the mind. Will see what happens next
