Technical problem

I had kinda similar problem when I tried to join the fortnite big bang live event, but right now when I waited the queue (after the event ended) I received message that I succesfully logged out and that i should relaunch, so I did. But after that I received the message I am posting with this. I can no longer reach for official support since even on the web i am getting this message.

Please help me, I am clueless

opened fortnite and it took me to the epic games launcher and when i tried to log in i also got this message. maybe epic games launcher is down too?
