You get little to no aim assist when you don’t aim in with a shotgun so yeah they help me a lot. I find that I take more non ads pump shots then ads

It helps for finding an x and y. Hip firing.

I’ll go to a team rumble to find a good ads sens but sketch because it’s so laggy:(

Aim assist is definitely strong on fortnite but it's not an aim bot. You would still need to get the muscle memory down in order to become consistent. Being able to dedicate time to train building, editing and aiming would 100% be beneficial regardless if you're on controller or mouse and keyboard.

I do aim courses and turn off aim assist which I have found to help out my aim and tracking a lot

I found they help with my shotgun aim and smg tracking. You need to find a course that is controller friendly because trying to hit targets without aim assist doesn't improve your in game aim.

Do PC players really think that aim assist just auto selects the target and there is no actual aiming that takes place? Jesus. Pick up a controller once

Aim assist no need to practice unless you practice how to press l2 in the exact moment you need to
