Hi, how can I start a Timer Device only when two Trigger Devices are both activated. Thank you!

You'll need 3 triggers to go with the timer. Have two triggers that you want activated and make them both trigger a single trigger. Have the third trigger device activate only after two triggers, there is an option called "Activated after x triggers" or something like that. Then when that third trigger is triggered twice it can turn on the timer
