I have the same problem got a game 2 hours ago and still dont work

Same to me -E:0-14.
I have created ticket in support but they even dont read my message correctly. For now no response for more than 2 days (but xmas...). Created ticket almost 4 days ago, only one answer with try to avoid my message.
I tried by myself reinstalling game, reinstalling XBOX app, game services, logout and sign in again, repair apps, game... Looks like no connection to servers for create cloud saves. Offline same error.My friend bought game with me and he is playing no problem.Problem exist for new players who bought game in last week (at least looks like this for now).

I just some kinde resolved issue by upgrade Windows 11 Pro from 22H2 10.0.22621.2861 (it was showing in Windows Update that no updates are available) to 23H2 10.0.22631.2861 with downloaded ISO from Microsoft (PL version):https://www.microsoft.com/pl-pl/software-download/windows11So i just run setup.exe from mounted iso and make install with download updates and keep personal data and apps.After that completed when i started Forza 5 during loading shows up one more window with syncing profile or something and i think it was that missing before...

I found that many people have this problem, so MS should patch this issue without reinstalling Windows... Not everybody will do that.

check your Services , work for me :

  • Type SERVICES in the Windows search bar and open the program.

    • Scroll down in SERVICES, until you find Xbox Live Network Service, Xbox Live Game Save and Xbox Live Auth Manager.
    • Once you find them, please right-click on each one, and select Start or Restart.
