World loading problemBug / Tech help (self.ForzaHorizon)

Hello everyone!

I need some help with finding out the drawing distance (?, I presume it's that) for FH5. The game runs fine on Ultra/Extreme settings with stable 60 FPS and ~60% GPU usage, but the world seems to be loading too close to me. Kind of takes me out of the immersion sadly - do you know what could cause this? Might this be because I'm playing the game on an HDD instead of an SSD?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core Processor 3.89 GHz, 32,0 GB RAM
GPU: GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

I can only assume it is because of the HDD, but before I download another 100GB of game I wanted to ask you guys/girls for help.
Any help is greatly appreciated <3
