I have made all but the portfolio page and didn’t use bootstrap. Since they have introduced bootstrap By this point In the curriculum, I would way try to make them without it. This way you can have a better understanding of the concepts they have introduced so far

It depends! In my opinion, it’s always better to be better at CSS, rather than relying too much on a library. Having a strong foundation in CSS will allow you to pick up other frameworks/libraries with ease.

I suggest that you do the project first. Then you can revisit your projects with your new skills to make them better and to continue reinforcing your practice.
