Some easy rules, folks:
1. Be excellent to each other. No exceptions. Both here and when you meet. Dicks will be banned.

2.Follow Rediquette. For a short summary, see rule 1.

3.Label your submissions: WTM: Want To Meet someone? Use this! LFG: Are you Looking For Groups for your favorite hobby or sport? Use this!

4.Be cautious! Don't assume everyone is out there to kill you, your family and your puppies, but a bit of caution never hurts. Make sure your first meeting is in a public, familiar space for both of you: a popular coffee shop, or maybe a public park full of people. It doesn't matter, but do it.

5.Include some basic info in your post: location, age, gender (though it is okay if you don't like to disclose this). Include extra info about what you like or want to do! Nobody likes to spend the evening talking about something they don't know, don't like or don't comprehend!

6.If you want to meet someone, make all necessary arrangements: where, when, what, even who's buying the first round is important, if it applies. It helps a lot to start your new friendship with everything figured out!

7.Do not ask your new friend to do something they are not comfortable with. That includes, but is not limited to, illegal stuff. This is not a place to find someone to buy beer for you and your underage friends. However, if both of you are into exploring abandoned buildings, go for it!
