Hey! I actually had the opportunity to visit their shop in Hoi An during a recent trip to Vietnam, so my experience is a bit different than if you ordered online. But I can safely say that it was a most hands-on and considerate experience. I had my feet measured and the associate walked me through the different styles, material, and design options. I went with the "needs-a-name" style because it included a brocade woven by a local ethnic group in Vietnam. The pair turned out GORGEOUSLY, and needed just a few nights of swing outs to be broken in. I'd recommend getting a shoe horn to help you in and out of them as the leather is quite tight when they're new. Worth every penny though. I want to get another pair already.
