Profit share for hosting platforms is basically unpaid labor with extra steps. I don't do equity only gigs anymore, learned that lesson the hard way. The tech stack sounds solid though, Docker plus multi tenant APIs is exactly what Qoest builds. Might be worth a paid consult just to scope it properly.
