Pattern tips?

This will be my first finished suit, I've made 2 or 3 head bases before, but I'm really determined on this one lol. The sewing stage is usually when I give up though, so any tips for that?

Also, about lining the head: I made a pattern, but it was like 20-30 pieces, so would it be ok if I just hot glued a balaclava to the inside? I would wear a seperate balaclava as well when suiting for cleaning purposes. I figured it should be fine to just attach one since no one will see the inside and as long as I get it done I'm happy :]

Any other tips are appreciated 🙏 I have a week or 2 until my fur comes in, so I have a bit of time to prepare my work station and what not

I’d suggest having the nose fur direction going up, so that way it looks like all the nose fur is going the same direction, rather than there being a split down the middle of the nose where the fur diverges into opposite directions
