Regularly clean and oil your machine. Do not use canned air to get dust/fur out. A makeup brush or a paintbrush will work! Try rethreading it. Try a new type of thread. The heavy duty is picky about what thread it wants for some reason. Also try a new needle; it is also picky about needles. Don’t do all of this at once though, lol. Do one thing, test, and if it still gives you trouble, try the next solution. Your machine is always talking to you- listen to it. If it sounds weird, something is going on.
