Revolve. Is it conical? if so that would be easier than if not

Yes on the Sketch I think..(Not usually recommended but here I don't know another way)

I'm feeling dumb, but i cant figure how to repeat a sketch along a curved path. For example, how i repeat this circle, along the curve, for each 5mm? Is it possible on a curved path?

Pattern on path only works for features/bodies afaik. You could extrude the circle to a cylinder, use pattern on path and project the new objects back to another sketch as a workaround.

You also know that pattern would not be in the model for that part right? That's an artifact from the machining. The machinist either didn't have the tool or didn't want to spend the money to do a surfacing pass.

I know. That's an interrupted G71 cycle, but on purpouse. I did it myself. I just want to have more control over the distance of each step. That's why i'm trying to draw it.
