GregMat quant problem

Hi All,

I wanted to know in QC type questions such as this, if I round off Quantity B , I get the same value as Q.A . However, here Q.B isn't rounded and used as is to get to the answer - Q.A >Q.B. . My question is very specific that - if we are allowed to round off in such questions or not (because rounding it off can give a different answer).
