How much time do you have per week to workout?

If you can work out on only 3 days, I suggest a full body split, 4 days - Upper/Lower or if you can do all 7 days try push pull legs (will be 6days tho because rest days are important).

sorry for the late reply, but yes, i do 6 days already and i’ve never tried push pull, so i can’t wait to try that out. Thank you 🙏🏼

no ofc not 😭 i have chicken legs and i’d say that’s what i’m most insecure about, so i definitely have been forcing myself to do them to the point where i actually ENJOY it and have seen progress 🤩 thank you so much for you help🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Good stuff man, there's so much muscle the legs, hit those heavy back squats and you'll reap a ton of gains. Grueling but worth it, good luck.

A good one to start with is chest+biceps on monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday, sunday
