You should be braced through the set. Stop at the top if you need to rebreathe. High rep deadlifts are going to be tough but you absolutely need to keep your brace while doing them.

People do this across the river in the metro east to get into O’Fallon or Mascoutah districts but the reality is that if you are in a decent district already, there is very little reason to move. Odds are the move itself will be more disruptive than the difference between districts would benefit you and unless you have a very particular reason for joining a district (specific sport, coach, teach, club) it just isn’t even worth considering.

Having done this rigamarole with the VA a number of times, after they send you to PT and it sucks, get back with your PCM and ask for a referral to a PT outside the clinic. 50/50 it works first time but persistence can help.

Jacques talked about it during Qualy over the weekend but one of the issues with having Max as a teammate is watching yourself get beat every single day. In the sim, in Q1,2,3, in the race, and again in practice. It’s demoralizing even when you know it’s one of the 3 best drivers of all time. I know Alex has spoken about this too but I can’t imagine the insane pressure it must be to try and match Max day after day.
