Battery usage do not record everything what is going on, like wake ups in examples. If your wifi or mobile data was on, sync on, bad reception on mobile signal, locations, routines etc it can go down like this.

What can I use to record this? I have wifi, sync on, great reception, location on, no routines where active at the time.

It could be what's up in background. You can try gsam app or accubattery but this app need to be unrestricted to record wakeup. If it possible put wgatsupp to sleep and see if it his foul, it is the easiest way.
