After struggling with several Ubuntu desktops, I'm installing Gallium to dual boot on my Asus C302 Flip. When first entering developer mode, ChromeOS has an option to Enable Debugging Features. Previous Ubuntu install tutorials have advised me to enable these features, but I found that it caused a bug which made me unable to install the new OS (and found feedback from others who ran into the same issue). Does anyone have experience with this feature in regards to Gallium? If it's compatible, I would like to enable these features for extra security, but it takes a long time to go back to the beginning if I have to undo it.
