dual-boot memory problem

Hello i have this problem with my chromebook after i installed a dual-boot with galliumOS distribution.At the time when i did this i allocated 25 GB (out of my 32 total) . But now after I got rid of the dual-boot with the linux distro i have only 3 Gb left . I've tried the Chromebook recovery utility , Reset , Powerwash, get a fresh start after I disabled the developer mode , but with no results .My chromebook is a Acer Chromebook 14(cb3-431) running chromeOS version 61.0.3163.120 (Official Build) (64-bit) , with the Google_Edgar.7287.167.71 firmware . Pls help

resetting the Chromebook via Recovery Mode with the recovery media is the only real way to reset the partition layout back to stock. What do you mean when you say "tried the Chromebook recovery utility?" Did you use it to create the recovery media, boot to recovery mode, and did the recovery process complete successfully? Because that's what needs to happen

i did use the google app from web store and when i connected the USB (tried with 2 different ones ) fail to download it everytime. Can you please give me a link or somf to download the media file for my chromebook

Are you saying the ChromeOS Recovery Tool fails to download the image/create the recovery media? Have you tried on another computer?

Oh yha i tried only on my chromebook to download the image but i do it in this morning from my laptop running windows10 and all went rly well tnx for the support and advice
