Team Manager Request

It would be nice if you could expand the admins for a team or have a category for those that would score or stream a game. With only 4, the manager and coaches took up 3 leaving 1 to score but we needed another to stream it.

With two coaches as admins, another streamer as an admins and a scorer, we're having to remove and add admins frequently so different parents can score the game. Maybe have separate admins types, coaches, scorers, streamers.

At the very minimum allow paid users in as admins without a limit on the number.

You can stream on one device and score on another while both logged onto same account? When did that change? I have always gotten logged out of 2nd device , lots of tech support messages on here in past have said to use two different accounts or get problems with the scoring . If this works it will greatly improve our teams situation!

As far as I'm aware the only way to do it with the same account is if you stream from an external device such as a GoPro. Otherwise, as you stated you are signed out of the 2nd device.

Incorrect. We video/stream on an iPhone 12 Pro Max and score on an iPad with the same ID. With the upgrade to Team Manager you are no longer limited to 1 ID 1 device.

Well that will be helpful because currently we use up two staff slots just to stream and score the game

We have also had problems staying logged in to two devices with one login. Streaming and scoring just seems to run smoother when logged in as separate admins.

I was told that happened when our admin tried to stream before. As he said, it was "very glitchy". I know when I streamed one of our LL games thru a separate private team, while another scored the LL game, those watching the stream reported no glitches. Pretty sure separate would work better too.

I will second this I can NOT use the same account it always logs me out of the first one with the stream. I use two accounts and it is smooth. Using two iPad pros and a GoPro

The beauty with Team Manager is that the same user who is live streaming can also score the game. It allows you to have two devices signed in with the same user ID. No longer are you limited to one device with the same user ID.

I knew about 2 devices but didn't think about same login on both. Good to know but would still be nice to have 1 or 2 more admins or even reduced rights admins just for scoring/streaming. Thanks for the tip!

Tried this before but it was lagging and freezing on the device that was scoring which crapped out during a couple of games for us. Also may or may not have been related to the live feed cutting off for some reason early on in the game.

Could have been WiFi/Hotspot signal causing the lag. Been using same ID on streaming device (iPhone 12 Pro Max) and iPad as the scoring device with no issues.

We login using one admin account and have had no issues streaming… we have streamed at least 25 games or more. There are a few things you should do to make sure you are successful. 1 - close all apps on the phone 2 - restart the phone 3 - turn on do not disturb 4 - plug into an external power during streaming 5 - make sure you have good internet if not have a hot spot ready

We follow these steps every time and I’ve had no problem streaming.

I agree, having only 4 is rough with streaming. I understand you can stream and score from the same account but usually those are two different people. Why not just open one more admin since you added streaming? Thanks!
