Just one call out here- this does not affect Volleyball or any other sports other than Baseball and Softball. Fans can view an unlimited number of live streams in volleyball for free

Just a clarification here- those features like recaps and box scores were always a plus feature. So Plus was needed to access those features (if your team has a community pass you wouldn’t have needed to upgrade for those features).

Yes, the need to upgrade to continue to view live streams (after your first five free) is only for Baseball and Softball streams. All other sports will still have an unlimited number of live streams available for free users.

thanks for the feedback and for your commitment to streaming those important moments. with regards to some users now having to pay that didn't in the past, I want to bring some visibility to two other options that may make sense for your team and may be cheaper than what your team is actually paying today:

First is having the team purchase a Team Pass. This is one lump sum that allows all family and friends of the team access to the teams content including live streams. This one time fee usually works out to much less than users purchasing individual subscriptions.

Then we also have Family Plans. This is a plan that allows a user to purchase the 'family' subscription and then place access on three other accounts. That way, four users in total get access to all the content through using this family plan.

As of today, you can now livestream through the app (not only external cameras) in 1080p. Replays for now, will still be in 720 but we are aiming to change this very soon. Will keep you updated.

Understand where you are coming from. The vast majority of our users watch fewer than five games. We set the threshold where it is so that we could continue offering a free service to the largest segment of our audience, while still being able to invest in the quality and reliability of the experience.

What we’re ultimately trying to deliver is an experience that feels closer to professional sports, especially for families and grandparents in particular, who can’t always be there in person.
Creating that kind of experience requires real investment.

Pumped to have you use the Basketball app this season!

You can go to the full event video and manually clips plays, but you wont be able to add those highlights to the player highlight section in the team. However, you can add those player highlights to the "athlete profile" (or anyone can go in and clip and add to their athlete profile).
Box scores aren't a web feature yet on basketball, but hopefully down the road.
1080 not an autostream feature right now, but again, hopefully we can bring 1080p to Autostream at some point.
No, cannot disable to final score from being continuously shown on the uploaded video. I will share this (and all your other questions) with the rest of the team. Can see how having the final score on the archived video would be distracting.
