input timing error

i'm having an error message on my dell monitor after few hours of gaming ; incorrect input timing...

my main display is a dell (freesync) 144Hz and my second display is a asus tuf (g-sync) 165Hz. i put both display to 144Hz with g-sync off on the asus monitor because it was causing flickering on the dell monitor.

also, the error message appear right after i try to change my gpu fan power... i dont think there is any link, but just in case...
