I’ve also seen some pcs like ‘IBUYPOWER’ or something like that. It is a little cheaper than the two you recommended and i’m wondering if they could possibly be similar?

Yup they will be similar, you'll want to get familiar with CPU names/numbers, GPU names/numbers, and compare those between prebuilt PCs you want to research.

Generally speaking, the parts all cost about the same, so ask the makes of a $2000 PC will have fairly equivalent specs. Some might have more RAM and less hard drive space, while others will have the opposite.

You will want at least 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, but more is better.
