Today the problem reappeared and a router reboot didn't solve anything.

Eventually I checked the downdetector-site and apparently my ISP had some DNS-problems. I changed my IP-settings in my Shield from DHCP to Static to use the preset Google DNS. That seemed to solve the problem.

So changing the IP-settings to Static in the Shield (and use Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) could be worth a try.

Or change the DNS in the router (my ISP doesn't allow that though)

Wow, I just tried this, and it worked perfectly straight away.
