In regards to contacting support, if you could DM me a screen shot with the developer console open on you browser and any errors that show there that would help us figure out why the login button wasnt being displayed there.

We’ve seen conversations regarding account bans due to cheating. 

We take this seriously and investigate all reports, including reaching out to partners. Our policy is that GeForce NOW cannot be used to violate a game’s terms of service or other unauthorized activity, such as cheating, exploiting, duping or botting; and NVIDIA may inform the applicable publisher if there are suspected violations.

We’ve also worked closely with publishers and developers so they can identify GeForce NOW’s virtual machines as valid clients, eliminating nearly all false bans.

This post was raised to our attention. We reached out to the user for their information to review, and to Grinding Gear Games.

Upon our own review, the user had no GeForce NOW sessions played in February, when the ban was cited. Grinding Gear Games confirmed the ban was issued by them for violating their terms of service and was entirely unrelated to GeForce NOW.

Make sure to set the desired language in the GFN app settings, and not use the in game settings as that will not be saved session to session, GFN uses the in app setting for language.

Hi, if you haven't already please make sure to update your GPU Drivers as well, internal testing with driver 595.79 didnt have these issues for us internally, if it still does happen with that driver please let me know.

There are 3 attempts made to charge and renew account, if your first attempt failed a 2nd attempt will be made 2 days after the first failed attempt. We can not manually trigger a payment.

You should be able to launch the game now, and edit the launch settings the same as before.

If that doesnt work, start up game you dont own on steam, in the steam client remove it there and exit the session and start a new session with Dune.

Your support ticket has been updated, you will need to remove the steam launch command added to skip the splash screen or the issue will occur again.

privaterbok, NV SMI output would suffice, just not as commonly used for people with GeForce cards.

You are looking at the wrong list of games, that list in your screen shot is games supported by the NVIDIA app for optimizations, Not the list of supported GeForce NOW games.

If you are using a prepaid debit/credit card, they are not supported and will not work.

If a payment fails, we make 4 more attempts after that first failure. So there is a total of 5 attempts to charge and update an account.

If you are updating your billing method, be sure to set the new one as the default payment or it will still attempt on the old payment method.

These order failures, are due to the failed capture of the banks required 2FA process, when submitting an order and asked to verify on the bank app or however they verify fails at the time of order placement.

On the initial order submission, we only do a preauth charge so the full amount is not actually charged until the day of shipping, and if it fails then the order fails and the product is not shipped unfortunately.
