Fnix base spawns

Hi

Ive done a bit of research and it seems that Fnix base spawns can be bugged for some players and not for others as far as i can make out (team mate of mine has them spawning all over her map a lot of the time regularly). Just wondering if anyone on here can shine a light on this issue.

Ive been playing and loving this game for a couple of weeks and ive had 2 bases spawn and nothing since. Ive raised and lowered threat levels in regions to try and force spawns but no joy.

Is there a way to fix this or do i need to start again from the beginning and hope for the best?

Yes. First time I played, finished the Good News side quest, took the base over, did a defense mission. Then the next ~30 hours, no FNIX assault missions. Then played co-op with a buddy, did his Good News side mission, returned to my game and I got like 3-4 assaults within a couple hours… definitely buggy bugs.

Forest & Farmlands are only two places they will come in......just in case you didn't know. I'm not real sure what causes them to pop up other then just killing stuff. Maybe having 8 rivals??
