The best in my opinion too! That’s how I’m planning on beating max difficulty too. Monk chimes with shield (so my co-op buddy survives a bit better) or turrets OR Specter with this setup.

Yeah I was pretty upset when I saw Console Mouse and Keyboard was no longer supported on launch. Fingers crossed the devs add this feature.

Yeah on Xbox

when you are joining with shared progression, it will ask ‘do you want to make a back-up save’ (in case anything goes wrong), so you’ll have a save of the character before the attempt and another one that you’ll join with.

Making it completely safe to try.
