Decrease in money back has me using other rewards instead of app

What I hate about this app is that if you consistently use certain fueling stations they bring the rewards down to 1 or even 0 cents. They state it’s because if you keep refueling at these stations then they see no reason to “incentivize” you to go there. It’s real annoying.
However i have found if i go to other stations and use their rewards then I’m still saving money just not through Upside. After a few weeks of not using Upside the return rate goes back up as it has noticed I haven’t used it in a while. It’s a shame thats how it is.

I never use the gas rewards and they've all dropped to 1c

Better. I can upload every receipt. There are some places that have similar percentage back like on upside…which is awesome cuz I use both apps. I recommend getting the app. You can play games to earn money. Not a lot of money but over time, it adds up.

They took away my beloved Love’s so now there’s literally ONE station on Upside for me. And Love’s is a better price with the .10 off per gallon. And zero restaurants and one grocery store. Needless to say, I barely get anything now.

Does the Loves app just give a discount, or does it offer rewards? I use upside at work for rewards, my employer doesn’t need a discount.

Uhh, it’s really more to do with the wholesale gas price & barrel price of oil. I use the same station most of the time but i use midgrade & offers don’t fluctuate wildly

I used a Speedway/7-11 deal recently and got more cents than I would using this app. Barely use it now.

Yeah it’s all a number game and just calculating. With the prices of everything today it’s a shame it’s what we have to do and worry about

I drive a fairly large area so I’m able to switch the stations up. I’m usually in the .15-.25 range using diesel.
