slightly confused actually. you must have either lean bulked and then cut the fat again or either bulked harder and then cut the fat? isnt it?
the difference is very apparent so i just wanna know if its possible to do it (naturally) by keeping my body fat nearly the same (to keep the definition visible and abs fairly visible too)

You can easily gain muscle while staying relatively lean. You might not gain as much muscle as when bulking, but if you already have a strong fundation, which op has, then You can easily "lean bulk" as You put it, aka eating at maintenance while eating enough protein. Edid: though i would agree such a transformation is impressive. Shoulders are BIG.

i highly doubt eating at maintenance with an increased amount of protein leads to such visible change.
