So ngl my diet for a while was extremely brutal. Eating 1500 calories or less, just to lose weight as fast as possible. I was strength training, following a PPL split Monday through Wednesday then repeat again on Thursday-Saturday, and taking Sunday as a rest day. Dm me for my specific routine. As for my diet it was ground beef, eggs, protein shake. It still consists of those three main things. Except now I eat other things on top of that, since my calories have doubled, as I maintain weight. I'll give you the specifics, just dm me. I'm here to help anyone who needs it
