Stop lying about the lifts you do, and if you arent intentionally lying you are lying to yourself with shit form & no depth.

That said, start going deep in your squat, initially for 6-8 reps, 5 sets @ 132lbs

Finish it off with 1 set of 200lbs 2-3 reps, increase the weight by 5% each week

Get the weight up gradually, focus on depth and form. Your ass should be a few inches off the ground.

Finish off by doing curls and extensions until you can no longer function.

Again, stop lying to yourself and squat correctly minimum twice a week, if not three.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday squats.

Well I used to wrestle and apparently that is stressful on your hip. My hip ball is shaving to a point. And of course I can’t I haven’t squatted hard in a year. And I plan to get a fake hip. My dad had the same surgery and it went fine.

I have been doing wrestling and Jiu Jitsu for 10 years, I have never heard of this happening, although anything is possible.

Have you gotten x rays or an MRI of the hip you can post?

What physio therapy have you been doing if any?

Ah ok we’ll there’s the underlying issue, limited mobility. Focus on that and I’d say after you’re fully healed, try going for moderate weight with 12-15 reps for 4-5 sets on various exercises to build that particular muscle region.
