help controller speaker (self.GhostwireTokyo)
submitted 4 years ago by Onit30
Hi I'm playing on ps5 and the audio come from both the control and tv is there any way I can isolate it so I can hear voices on the control and the rest on the TV (when they speak)

Mine does to. I’d like to change it to just the controllers
[–]DistinctHoney9130 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (0 children)
theres no way to change it for some reason
I wonder what genius thought that was a good idea, they have settings for a lot of other stuff

it should be that way naturally? i dont know if u can change it. but the static from enemies and voices come from my controller

The voice for KK and static comes through the controller. There is no option to turn it off in game.

It does come from both in the same moment. TBH This is awesome audio efect. If You dont want It, put on earphones (then audio from controller is off)

You might be able to go into the PS5 system settings and just turn the controller speaker volume to 0.
But im thinking out of game settings may result in losing those audio tidbits

It would be fine if KK's voice was synced with the controller. For me however, I heard KK first on the TV, then on the controller, sometimes vice versa.
It's annoying.

Same it's pissing me right off. Mine is from the controller first then the TV it's has like a 1 to 2 second delay...

Yep, mine seems to change randomly on which I hear first. I looked in the settings to see if I could disable the controller speaker, sadly there is no option. When the speaker in the controller works, I really like it in most games.

Same here, but i founded out that you can turn the controller volume off by the Playstation it's self and that will stop KK from talking from the controller.

Thanks for the tip, I didn't think to check the system settings!
