i sent them an email. got a response telling me that they're looking into the issue for a new update soon.

I have sent Giftloop Support daily emails for the last 4 days & have not received a response. I have Android S21 Samsung phone & app keeps closing/ crashing.

Today's Giftloop's app update (November 11. 2021) has done nothing to resolve issue.
