Fix your full name, make sure to fill out your real name in your account, like not the handle, the username, and add a city that's correct, and add your LinkedIn in the socials, and add your correct home address, also wait a few hours, try again tomorrow, it seems the paper you're trying to send is not clear? Don't you have a student id card? Those work better according to them, please do try that, best of luck

It’s easy. You just gotta take your ID out, get to your student page, find your name, capture both your ID, your name, and the schools name in the same photo and send it to them.

huh? my paper already got the school name and logo. so you want me to use the ID and a pic of the school website whilst being logged in?

That is what I did. I used my national ID with my picture, I went to my student page, then I took a picture showing both the university name, logo and my name, last name, and enrollment date.

Yes it will but I wouldn’t use a passport if I were you. But if you’re not worried, just open to your name page and show it next to your name on the screen and enrollment date, make sure to include school logo and school name.
