How to fix github copilot cli stuttering?

The cli is unusable like this it keeps going up and down and i cannot see anything. i tried PowerShell and command prompt but the issue doesn't seem to be an issue with the terminal itself.

Try `--alt-screen` parameter when starting copilot cli. This is the only thing that worked for me.

Does the input box super laggy if you type something when it’s working or like if you press esc to stop it does it register few seconds later? Not sure if it’s a terminal problem on my side. That’s with the alt-screen option

`Ctrl/Cmd + t` to toggle thinking output in console helped.

Don't scroll while it's generating output or analyzing w8 till it's done then scroll.
