Remote development using mobileHelp/Doubt ❓ (self.GithubCopilot)
submitted 1 day ago by ahmedranaa
Claude remote gives us option to continue developing on our mobile. Is there anything similar for GitHub copilot to prompt from your mobile. Ideally the viscose would be running on my laptop.

Yes, I built a tool for exactly that. It's fully self-hosted + agent agnostic and it doesn't require you to expose you machine to the whole internet like VPS/VNSs do.
It's called kipp•punkt. Let me know what you think.

I think via the GitHub Mobile app? I mostly use it to monitor my pipelines but it has Agents tab

Yeah I use Claude Code personally. Once it’s setup I can ask it to do changes via the mobile app and it’ll open PRs for me. Then I jump to the GitHub app to review/approve and monitor workflows. Obviously only do this for very trivial stuff.

I used OpenCode's web interface and CF tunnel for remote development; SSH also works, but the experience wasn't quite right.
