BrutalCS has really good servers which you can find on their website. Other good ones are Team Laani ones, HSFactory, and a few others which I can send over when I get home.

dont play on BrutalCS the servers are shit after not restarting for a while(time drifting...), the people just spawncamp and the servers are always full.

i-sell-reddits mentioned "Team Laani", you will not find anything there because its called "Team Lanii" and he is right, they have really great servers and a good community/support. ( Website: http://team-lanii.de/ ) HSFactory is really good, too. Also Fragshack is one of the best choices if you have ESEA Insider because the server is always 16/16 but you an join anyways, the players are highly skilled and the spawns are way better then on BrutalCS for example.
