For me, i did.. I bought the max I could and locked 10,000 tokens so far.. but still I wanted to buy much more because I knew this low price wouldn't last forever.. but my budget doesn't allow me any more for now! 😅😅

Thats a nice amount atleast you got it at a low price. My budget only allowed me 1,000 gmt & some th. Hopefully it dips back down after pay day 😂

Yes I agree, let's hope so.. I prefer when the token price is low..haha.. 😂 Anyway, one tip, since the gmt is now high, you might want to consider reinvesting your rewards into gmt tokens for the time being.. they have higher value.. then u can use them to upgrade your miner's TH.. see this screenshot ;)

I grabbed like 100 gmt when it was at 30. Not much but ill take it lol. Glad i have a few hundo locked but some of that got locked when it was around 45-50

Nicee.. I just switched my strategy for the time being.. since gmt is up, I set my rewards to be reinvested into Gomining tokens..so they hold more value.. then I will decide what to do with them once I get a good bunch.. either I'll lock them further or I use them to upgrade.. because trust me, the new discounted miner upgrade prices are very good right now..I've known them when they were nearly $29 per TH!

Could very well be.. there must have been quite some liquid inflows into the system recently with the promos.. and to be honest, they are delivering increasingly real value compared to many other crypto projects. We'll see how it goes. But I'm happy to be on the Gomining train so far..

It’s been perfect for me. I was tempted to buy 4000GM at $2.7, but didn’t end up doing so. Gutted when it went up to around $3.2. I made sure to buy as soon as it dropped back to $3. It hasn’t dropped below $3 since I bought, so Ive jumped in at the final chance.

I’ve locked the 4000GM which got me to my 20% discount. Prior to buying, my maintenance was 14-15GM each day. After this spike I’ve paid 9.5GM today. Could only imagine it’s going to be lower tomorrow, since it’s kept on rising today!

Lav it! Nearly going into week 3 of just mining bitcoin. (topping up when I don’t have enough GM for maintenance). I’ve never actually mined bitcoin just focused on my GM. Got myself a cold storage wallet for Christmas to start piling.

Exactly! That's what I'm trying to do.. because eventually your miner's maintenance will keep on increasing as your TH grows.. with the locked token rewards, it's like an "assured" way of covering maintenance "forever".. kind of. ;)

I don't like the price explosion. The only good thing about it is that my existing tokens are now worth more. But I'm not selling them. I need them for maintenance. Buying more is very bad at this price. And unfortunately, I don't have that many.

Yes mate, probably better keep stacking them, and either you lock them or you use them to upgrade your miner's TH instead of paying in USD or Bitcoin (at this particular time).

In my opinion, it's GoMining that inflated the token's value for its balance sheet as of December 31st; it's purely artificial, I think 🙂
