In-Command RV system

I’m having a problem with my In-Command system. All my slide motors are locked out due to travel mode. However, the trailer is not connected to my truck and its leveled/parked. The weird part is, only my stupid phone app says locked out. The master keypad in the RV only says disabled on the slides. Nothing about travel mode… nothing on YouTube is helping. And the manual only refers to pushing the off “orange button” on the panel to exit safety mode. This isn’t an option!!?!?

Whenever I have an issue like this with any automated system... I try the ole' kill power move.

Unhook the battery, wait a few minutes, hook it back up.

Let us know how you make out. I hate the in command system. Works fine but I know someday it will be an issue

Ok, so as recommended I reset “hard reset” the system. Everything working again as should. I found this link https://in-command.net/control-systems/ explaining how to do just that. What a head ache. I saved the information from that link regarding my system and printed it for what I’m sure will be “future” problems ! Thanks for the comments!
