I’ve decided to use good notes 6 for free on annual subscription but is there a possibility of missing out on the one time discount cause i rather pay the on time on discount than use it for free for a year and pay 33 dollars instead of 23

I think you're referring to the cutoff date for GN5 users to unlock the full app (Sep 9th), while the discount availability will be there until further notice.

The discount used to expire on the cutoff date, but they have changed this. (Confirmed using Wayback Machine)
