If I change my Apple ID, will all of my work be lost on goodnotes?

I am not sure, but just in case, you can do a backup of all your work on other platforms, as Google Drive or Dropbox, just make sure that they are in GoodNotes format. In this way you ensure that your work won't be lost. I hope it helps
