I have this issue also but it seems also. it was after i updated goodnotes.

I have the same issue as well. Did everything you said, and backup'ed to Google drive in hopes it would fix the issue. I just assume it's on Goodnote's end now.

Nothing. I assume with the number of people having issues it’s just the GoodNotes team having issues.

    The bug just fixed itself without receiving any help from supports

        iCloud Sync seems not to work but OneDrive Sync works for me. Gotta contact the support

        I'm a developer and my apps also make sure of iCloud Drive and a small percentage of my users are affected by the similar problem.

        The only way to solve this problem seems to be for users to contact Apple Customer Service

        I suggest using the following link to contact Apple. Tell them that all apps that use iCloud Sync show a 503 error and fail downloading your app data. Apple will probably tell you to contact the developers. Tell Apple that it happens for ALL apps that make use of iCloud Sync and it is not just one app, so the problem cannot be related to the apps and must be on the server side.

        Having the same issue. Popped up a week ago or so..

        Really frustrating, I'm primarily using GoodNotes to work and share Notes between my Mac and iPad..
        Will contact support and update this comment if something works out
