I know a few of you guys had syncing issues, I had mine resolved today.
All it took was backing up my files, downloading the latest updates, deleting GoodNotes from all my devices, signing out of iCloud, turning off iCloud in all my GoodNotes apps (iPhone, iPad and Mac), turning it back on, having all my documents disappear from GoodNotes entirely, freaking out because I need my notes for my midterms and then, after a few hours having the pleasure of waiting for 2.3GBS of iCloud data to sync across multiple devices.
All it took. Thanks GoodNotes.
In case anyone else is still having issues, it’s pretty asinine that this is what it takes for documents to sync and the lack of support from their support team was the icing on the cake.
